Just in time for the start of the winter season, Kitzbühel presents itself in glorious white as a snow-covered idyll. Perfectly groomed pistes await winter sports enthusiasts, but deep snow fans also benefit from the Kitzbüheler Horn with its natural slopes.
FFar away from the hustle and bustle of current events, you can spend a contemplative pre-Christmas time here or, if you like, enjoy the legendary party scene in the Gamsstadt. Kitzbühel is ideally equipped for the guests from all over the world who return every year.
The regional real estate market is also robust and stable. In our forthcoming market report, the author notes a decline in sales transactions. This can be explained by the booming years of the coronavirus period, during which we recorded a significant increase in sales. This shows that we are back at the level of 2019 (the year before coronavirus).
In contrast to the first-home market, which has to satisfy a primary housing need, we are in the rather comfortable situation of being able to fulfill the wishes of our clientele in a second or even third-home market. However, this is no less demanding a task, as our buyers do not need a property but would like to have a place to live in our beautiful and safe region. We are therefore challenged to fully meet the demands of our customers. We strive to do this every day and try to present a correspondingly attractive offer.
