Despite some adverse circumstances, I wish us all a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023.
The past 2022 has confronted us with situations that were unimaginable until recently. We look forward to an early improvement for those who have to cope with less privileged circumstances than we have in our region. Nevertheless, we allow ourselves to welcome the new year with restrained joy but also with humility.
Everyone is eagerly awaiting the legendary "Hahnenkamm Race", which will take place again after 2 years with full spectator participation. One or the other top-class event within the framework of the race will also once again ensure a lively exchange among the guests.
Once again we feel very clearly how attractive, safe and comfortable it is to live here. This also explains the continuing high demand for real estate in the premium segment.
