The creative chef de cuisine, Fernando Perez Arellando is in charge of the gustatory pleasures in the Castell Son Claret. He can take pride in his Michelin-starred restaurant, Zaranda. The crea- tions of the Madrileño and his team are delicious gourmet cuisine compositions. In addition, in his day restaurant, “Olivera”, Arellano and his team prepare very special culi- nary experiences from typical Spanish and Mediterranean recipes and local products. The Castell Bar is situated in the former stables of the estate, where the history of the building and modern art meet. The restored oil mill of Sa Tafona offers a private, exclusive inner courtyard and has been developed into an ideal conference room for smaller meetings True luxury lies in the uniqueness.
