106 7TaTYR 8ZXPY_^ and Berkshire, Barcelona, the Mediterranean Ba- learic Islands of Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, and the Algarve coast. “We decided to focus on two core markets, the consolidated international cities where the wealth is generated where buyers have been asking for far more exciting and spaci- ous modern primary residences, and also to re- define the modern Mediterranean villa in locations like the Balearic Islands.” Further projects and programs are being planned for Zurich, Kitzbuhel, Milan, Paris, San Francisco, Los Angeles and the Caribbean.When all the pro- jects are complete for the first five locations, in autumn 2015, there will be two hundred and fifty projects to choose from. There will be a house or villa for every city location, every mountaintop, forest setting, and every coastal area or beach- front. The houses and villas will range in scale from around 200m 2 to around 3,000m 2 of inter- nal living areas. “Over the last 36 months we have been commissioning, reviewing, editing and finalizing all the designs, together with the architects. As might be expected they are all at different stages of development but most designs are finished now. The project keeps evolving and will continue to grow, all the designs to me are very inspiring and timeless, as one would expect from such an array of talent.
