IMAESTRI Signature has opened up the opportunities to own one of the great houses by one of the famous architects by simplifying the process of ownership by shortening the lead in time to the architects selection, adapting the concept, design development, construction, inte- rior furnishing and completion. Realizing a significant architectural house or villa for ones self by one of the great architects can be a time consuming process, as there are so many variables to take in to account, involving lengthy research selecting the right architect, to inviting constructors to the project, a landscape consult- ant, interior designer and a project manager, and that is assuming buyers have spent their valuab- le time scouring the many varied locations around the world for the perfect plot. IMAESTRI Signature founder, Neil Radnall recognized this and decided to set about solving these time-con- suming issues and to streamlining the whole pro- cess. “From the very beginning back in summer 2010 it was clear that the very discerning buyers, want high quality star architecture and design with a real breadth of choice, along with a faster- track and thorough route to completing a be- spoke residential masterpiece.” “We decided that the best way was to offer a varied collection of beautifully designed and inspirational residences, by a very carefully chosen group of famous architects, that could be located in various locations around the world and adapted to suite many different plots and that can match an individual buyers requirements exactly.” Neil Radnall adds, “To deliver the projects efficiently it was import- ant to establish in each region a platform team that has in depth experience and can quickly and efficiently obtain the necessary permits to start each project on site and construct to an efficient method in the shortest possible time but to very high quality levels. The convenience factor of the project is as important today as the price of the project.” There are now over one hundred and twenty of the leading architects from around the world involved in this development program, with one hundred and fifty five designs.
