Get Together 2010
On 28th May the Private Residences – Luxury Real Estate Group invited to a “Get Together” in its office in Kitzbuehel. The occasion was the presentation of the new property book “Unique Luxury Collection” of selected properties at international premium locations in a totally innovative manner. Those who were interested in real estate were awaited by an insight into the most beautiful dream homes of Europe along with a genial evening with traditional Tyrolean delicacies.

Private Residences at the BG Triathlon World Cup 2008
Around 12,000 spectators watched the exciting triathlon games in Kitzbuehel, which lasted for four days and attracted not only the international sports elite but also passionate amateur sportspersons from all over the world and prominent participants.
While around 33 Olympians provided sport at the highest level, the children's triathlon "Tri Kitz" and the "Private Residences VIP Team Challenge" concentrated more on fun and entertainment. In addition to the own "Private Residences Team" 20 other groups of sportspersons ensured that there was an exciting race for the winners' trophy with an amusing mixture of sporting spirit and entertainment. The previous year's winner, Managing Director Klaus-Rainer Fabi, who gave the name to the "Private Residences VIP Team Challenge" presented the Challenge Cup and congratulated the "Grand Spa Arosa Resort Kitzbühel" team on their victory.
The organisers rounded off the successful VIP event with a diversified "Tyrol Triathlon Abend" (Tyrol Triathlon Evening) and conjured up a relaxed atmosphere with culinary highlights and an entertaining show and music programme.
“All For You Charity Cup 2008”
Private Residences supports Karlheinz Boehm's aid project for Ethiopia “Menschen fuer Menschen”
Numerous celebrities attended this year's “All For You Charity Cup” in Kitzbuehel on 16 February 2008 and took part in an entertaining skiing race on the finishing slope of the legendary “Streif” to support the aid organisation “Menschen fuer Menschen” in honour of the 80th birthday of Karlheinz Boehm.
The personalities from the business and entertainment sectors at the evening gala, and the list of donors, also included Klaus-Rainer Fabi and Denis Lademann from Private Residences. As a result, a total of more than 150,000 € was collected at this year's charity event for the construction of a new school in Ethiopia. Private Residences will also continue its financial support for “Menschen fuer Menschen” in the future and remain a sponsor for Karlheinz Boehm's projects.

in the run-up to the International Film Festival in Berlin
We were the main sponsor for an exclusive event which was held on 5 February 2008 in cooperation with “Die Republik AG” and “Senfkornfilm”. In addition to a stylish programme and culinary delicacies, Stefan Kaminski created a casual and happy atmosphere with his extraordinary live audio play “King Kong”. The 200 invited guests from the film, TV and music scene included well-known celebrities such as the world-famous cameraman Michael Ballhaus, the Oscar prizewinner Brigitte Broch and the music legend Marius Mueller-Westernhagen.
With our sponsoring involvement in the run-up to this year's Berlinale, we were able to take yet another step towards enhancing our image value, and we also drew the attention of interesting personalities to our property service.
Private Residences at the Marketing Award 2007
Nominated, and 1st place in the category "special purpose properties"
On 7th September 2007 we celebrated our success in the Immobilien Marketing Award at the Grand Ball in the Berlin Ritz Carlton. Our marketing strategy “Innovative video streaming” was successful in face of strong competition and convinced the jury, which was made up of experts in the marketing and property trade. The trade magazine “Immobilienwirtschaft” nominated a total of 16 well-known companies for the finals in Berlin, including companies such as Union Invest and Eurohypo.
Our professional flatscreen presentations gave about 400 invited guests from the business and academic community a first impression of our sophisticated property video productions in the foyer. The evening was rounded off by a successful after-show party at which the outstanding show band created a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Opening Kitzbuehel - Mallorca meets Kitzbuehel Special
On the 2nd of June, together with our Team from Mallorca and about 80 guests we celebrated the opening ceremony of our second establishment in Kitzbuehel, Austria. Having a very successful business year in Puerto de Andratx, our customers will find an extended consulting service at our Tyrolean office.
Along with our new office setup designed by Christian Friedl, we showed the latest TV- and videopresentations of our real estate objects.
