After a wonderful and golden autumn, an eventful business year, which has been exciting for the Private Residences – Luxury Real Estate Group as well, is drawing to a close. Winter is almost here and I would like to welcome you to review this year’s events, developments and changes at our international company group first-hand.
After consolidating our business performance at the beginning of 2011, we were able to record considerable growth with international demand by our wealthy clientele in the second half of this year. Borne of the current insecurities of the international monetary markets and partly non-transparent EU and euro policies, a new trend towards a targeted capital flight to valuable property investments can clearly be seen.
The “inhabitable gold“ has gained considerable value in the individual diversification of assets, and not only prime locations in Germany but also selected international primary and secondary residence markets profit from the sustainable interest to purchase valuable and substantially stable property concepts.
Our company group is encountering this trend with an even more detailed selection of genuine quality and prime properties at our locations in Mallorca and Kitzbuehel, as well as a target-aimed restructuring of our operative basis in Switzerland. Here, the Private Residences – Premium Client Office GmbH will be dealing with the target-aimed implementation and development of our new core competency department, “Diamonds of Real Estate” and break away from the sole marketing of properties in the primary-residential market of Zurich. The targeted restructuring of our activities in Switzerland enables our company to live up to a more consistent international alignment and to pursue many international sales requests of high-end property owners in the upper luxury segment by our completely new and sustainable concept marketing within the Diamonds of Real Estate.
Many of you have already received information about this new core competency department within the company group in previous reports, and just like us, you are probably awaiting the concrete launch of our Diamonds of Real Estate and presentation of our philosophy, as well as our detailed conceptual approach in this field which is unique in this branch in this form setting standards for qualified property marketing for most of our competitors.
I can finally inform you that we are now ready to officially launch and operate the Diamonds of Real Estate after many months of a structured and necessary development in this department.
In the course of the next 4-6 weeks of the imminent overall relaunch of our new group’s internet presentation, www.private-residences.net, the company group will not only present itself virtually in a completely new and innovative design with corresponding efficient functionality for you as a user and interested buyer or seller of our high-end property and service portfolio. We will also strike new paths in this so important medium regarding the communications quality by impressive image picture language and various, content-related topics around our main business – the professional marketing and advisory of real estate.
In these new theme worlds, the Diamonds of Real Estate will fully replace our offers in our category, City & Lifestyle. With a hand-picked and consciously reduced selection of real “Diamonds” of international, renowned property markets it creates the pinnacle of our high-end property portfolio which we will continue to provide for you and communicate via our own prestigious offices in Mallorca, Kitzbuehel and Zug/Zurich.
Along with our Diamonds of Real Estate – in which we only present our extraordinary properties by accredited and highly solvent interested buyers in an exclusive area –, we would like to give you pleasure with further innovative and completely newly designed topics such as our charitable engagement with the work and foundation of Karl Heinz Böhm’s, “Menschen für Menschen” which has dedicated itself to the reasonable and sustainable development aid for the poorest of the poor in Ethiopia in an exemplary and sacrificing way for 30 years.
